& NO TIME FOR SHOPPING ;-)

October 2012, Cat Jimenez and me started planing our first trip to New York.

The way was clear. But we weren't sure, what we should expect and how it would be.
April 2013, all stuff was packed.

The next 30 days were massive, we lived each inimitable moment and caught all vibes with every part of our souls.

Now, nearly one year later, I look back on everything that happened. Ok, it's a while ago.
But forgive me. It took me some time to develop the rolls, setup a blog and cut the video footage - thank you SIMP.

Check out NYC through my eyes.

First I want to start with my favorite part of this journey.
It was one of these days you'll never forget because it was perfect.
Thank's to Marz who brought us here.

Here we have beautiful Yela.
Years ago she moved from Vienna (where she was born and raised) to Boston to study music and lives now currently in NewYork.
I'm a fan of her voice and music.

The place where I met Yela is called Madiba, a south african bar/restaurant.
'A place where people meet from all over the world'
that's what Ms V told us.
She noticed me when I took that picture above, chatting with her friends from Spain.
So we made friends and I took a couple of pictures.

  1. Hello Ina,
I just found you in "Wiener" and now spent much time looking at your photos.
You captured the atmosphere of this city so well, the combination of people and scenery shots is very intense.
And the gallery is so big and still has so g many strong images, great how you found all of them!
    Ciao Markus
